Hi, I cannot uncheck the “Change Hostname via DHCP” box because it is disabled. Next to it says “No interface with dhcp”.
How can I fix it?
I’m using OpenSUSE 11.3/KDE4

Hi
Is this using the NetworkManager or via YaST? If via NetworkManager, try using YaST -> Network Devices under hostname tab to check the box.
That option under YaST is disabled, so I can not uncheck the box.
This might be a silly question, but are you <sure> you’re configured to use DHCP… completely? Absolutely nothing in any other network config field?
