Problem after loading kernel from the installation disk, I can't exit from a chroot environment

Hello,
I am using Opensuse 12.2 my problem is that after rebooting the server I have a chroot environment.
Trying to launch some commands I received this error: ‘If you are running in a chroot environment, bind-mount missing file systems.’
At boot I choose to start with the default version of opensuse. I tried also to use the exit command and the computer switched off.
Can anyone help me, please?
Thank you in advance,

You need to describe in detail what you’re doing.
So, for instance why are you trying to load a kernel from an installation disk?
What steps did you do to try to load a kernel from an installation disk?

You also may need to define what kernel you are trying to install.
And, you should probably know that probably the “better” way is to just upgrade your system to a currently supported version of openSUSE.
