Hi everybody
I just installed my system and I can’t get my printer to work!! The CUPS thing keeps on bugging when it asks me for a password (it wont take it). Dees anyone know of an alternate way to do it?!

Just give root’s password,either that,or, open a console,su to root & type
lppasswd -a yourusername
& press enter,give a password when asked.Next time CUPS asks for a password, use the one you just made

Thanks but it don’t work, Konsole says: impossible to open password file, permission denied…
