Printer defaults in kde

Hi, KDE seems not to use the cups printer defaults. For some reason i
don’t find them in the systemsettings. Are they hidden?
I was using Konqueror and it prints in A4 but i need Letter.
(12.1 KDE 4.8)

Windows, supports nearly all software, hardware, and viruses.
