prime with nvidia does not work

Hello, i have here a new HP ZBook Fury 17 Gr (latest firmware updates) with Opensuse Tumbleweed (latest updates) installed.I installed the nvidia drivers and prime like mentioned here : https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:NVIDIA_SUSE_Prime

When i set in BIOS the GPU to Discrete everything works well, the nvidia module gets loaded during boot and the GUI comes up with the nvidia GPU.
But when i set in BIOS the GPU to Hybrid (only choice available outside from Discrete) then the system comes up with the intel GPU and GUI, and i cannot switch with prime to nvidia.
If i try i get this in dmesg:

tomslaptop:~ # dmesg | grep nvidia
