hai all,
i am using opensuse 11 on my pc.i have a dsl connection.
while creating the connection i choose the option “automatically reconnect” in the connection parameters.but still the connection drops now and then.i tried various scripts from google but only one of them worked to some extent.the script is available at PegaSoft Canada - reconnect script
the problem with this script is that it reconnects even if i manually disconnect the connection.i only want it to reconnect when the line drops involuntarily.there is a similar option in centos which works perfectly fine.but the option in suse does not seem to work.
any ideas…??
