Possible regression: no polkit editor in system, settings

I’m using OpenSuSE 13.2 with KDE4 and there’s problem. I can’t find policykit editor in system-settings application. On earlier OpenSuSE releases that KCM appears.

It edited the system files which are not supposed to be changed (instead it should have edited the local files) and thus it was removed in 13.1, thus it no longer exists in 13.2.

Also it had some nasty ass bugs so it went the way of the dodo.
