Possible QT4 bug. - Okular

I reported a bug to the KDE -Okular group this morning.
see bug: http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=177360
Okular does not print in color and does not display advanced printer options.

The following is their response:

This seems related to the fact that the “print to files” options are disabled.
Anyway, Qt bug.

Who do I report Qt bugs to?

KDE 4.1.3, Okular 0.7.3 LibQT4 opensuse 11.0
