Am troubleshooting why my Android emulators launch from Eclipse with black screens. No errors, supposedly I can even install an APK into the device, but I can’t see anything.
Just wondering if anyone else has either
- Seen Eclipse emulator black screens before (maybe assigned resources not enough?)
- Successfully launched Android emulators when using the Nouveau driver. In earlier versions of openSUSE when I was forced to use proprietary nVidia drivers, I didn’t have a problem. Unfortunately, proprietary nVidia drivers don’t build on this system (an upstream bug), so this is the first time I’ve attempted to use Nouveau drivers on this system.
Since there are no generated errors, this won’t likely be an issue easy to pin down.
