Forget windows, install openSUSE!

sure . . ! but i need to bring the old things to normal . so help me out . . !

If you really deleted the folder system32, you have to reinstall Windows. … unless you have some recovery boot CD with and efficient ntfs undelete program, but it’s probably to late and too inconvenient. Something you could try if you have important data: boot with a Linux live CD - don’t install anything yet! -, plug an external USB HD, mount your Windows partition (assuming you didn’t delete the partition), copy your files to your external disk. Then use partedMagic to prepare your hard disk: create a primary NTFS partition for Windows, a primary ext4 partition for Linux /, a swap partition (2GB) and the rest (ext4) for home, then install XP, finally install openSUSE in that order. The swap an /home partitions can be primary or logical ones.

i would say that for Windows help you should ask in a Windows help
forum, not in an openSUSE help forum…

Once you’re there, don’t forget to mention how friendly people were in openSUSE forum!rotfl!

are you saying it is unfriendly to suggest the best place known to get
information on astrophysics or MS Windows, then . . .

I was kidding (btw I agree). And the best place to get information on astrophysics cannot be more friendly than this one.
