Please update xdotool

The latest xdotool version in openSUSE:11.3:Contrib is 20090330, and there has been many releases since, the latest being 20101012. The old version lack many features necessary for daily tasks as well as automated software testing.

[xdotool] lets you simulate keyboard input and mouse activity, move and resize windows, etc. It does this using X11’s XTEST extension and other Xlib functions. Additionally, you can search for windows and move, resize, hide, and modify window properties like the title.

Or perhaps factory mail list.
Or mail the maintainer of that repo.

@Creap: The .spec file of this package looked so simple that I rebuilt the latest version for you. It’s available at my home repo
Index of /repositories/home:/vodoo/openSUSE_11.3.

Please try it out and report how it works. There should be a man page now as well.
