Please recommend plugin

I’m trying to watch some webcasts from LABC | Most Recent Links and I don’t seem to have the correct setup.

I have Opensuse 11.4 installed, and my audio is working. Can anyone suggest a plugin for Firefox that I could watch this video on?

Hello,

I use the Totem software with its plugin associated. I try the link and I open one podcast with Totem and it works.
