Please help with dual monitor setup

Hi, I’m having problems setting up dual monitors with OpenSUSE 11.1

I have a notebook with intel 945 graphics, resolution 1280 x 800 and a secondary monitor with a resolution of 1360 x 768

I’d like a dual monitor setup with the notebook screen to the left and the secondary monitor to the right. I have it set like this in the screen resolution preferences, but the two overlap in the middle instead of being next to each other. What do I do to fix this?
