please help . i cannot install that file

Good morning

i have .tar file and i cannot install it . so can anybody here help me to take a look on it . pleaseeeeee

What do you mean? tar files need to be decompressed, after that you can read their content. Usually inside you’ll find a readme or install textfile giving instructions about using its content.
You did not specify anything about the system you are using, so I can not be more specific.

thank you friend about your reaction . i use opensuse 11.1 . and this is file has .tar extension . and it has no read me file or a configure file . so that why i am astonished . so please try to download it and take a look . i downloaded it from web sit as linux file .

Ok, I consider this a hardware related issue, not a problem with an application.
Would you please start a new thread in the hardware forum, telling us everything about your hardware (especially the Speedlink device) and the version of Opensuse you are using? Please include the output of “lsusb” while the Speedlink thingie is plugged in.
