Well, ASCII art are a good toy, but finally I found it, I’ve
installed vlc-noX and in runlevel 3 play it as cvlc video.???
Also read that mplayer can do that, but it requires to do as root or set
up 777 permissions on /deb/fb0 for everyone, and I won’t do that

Have you tried:

mplayer -vo fbdev <name of video file>

under a normal user logon?
