More than a annoyance than anything …
I have plasma showing a centred picture slidshow with solid blue background. upon reboot I get a stretched background of the pictures and a centered clear picture. Right-Click the desktop and choose configure desktop and without making any changes click OK and things return to normal until next reboot.
if there is a fix great, if not maybe one year KDE will fix this.
