Plasma 6.1.1 - Background Services in System Settings missing?

I have just done a fresh install of Tumbleweed Plasma 6.1.1 and noticed that the ‘background services’ section in System Settings is no longer there.

Have I missed somthing or is this section been removed from Plasma?

It is a separate app now, simply do a search for ‘background’ in kickoff
