Pinnacle TV issue in 11.2

Hi all,

I’ve got a problem to get the tuner of my Pinnacle TV (PCI) card working: the channel scan always says “no signal”.

dmesg | grep bttv says:

To avoid a few basic questions:
Yes, the antenna cable is plugged in ;).
Yes, it worked with 10.3 and kdetv (KDE3).
Yes, it works under Win.
I can tune the card under Win, reboot into Linux and can watch this one tuned channel in tvtime: video and sound are there.
It also doesn’t work when running as root (as of a potential issue with permissions).

Any idea how to track this down ? Any know differences between 10.3 and 11.2 ?

Thanks & regards,
Steve.
