I’m having strange issues when chatting and would like to test if this happens even with the latest version.
Since last month, Facebook opened up there chat protocol, so you should connect now through Jabber. The facebook-kopete plugin is now obsolete, I guess.

No, but I think is a good alternative and without the need of additional plugins.
