Picking the Right NVIDIA Driver Version

Hey everyone,
I’m currently running openSUSE Leap 15.6 on my laptop and trying to install NVIDIA graphics drivers. After using YaST2 to install the NVIDIA certificate and repository, I’m ready to install the drivers. When I searched for NVIDIA in YaST, it seems to have automatically selected the packages and dependencies needed for the driver installation. But from past experience, I feel like I should go with the nvidia-drivers-G06package instead.

this is yast2 auto choice

this is my manually choose
Here’s my question: Should I just stick with the default packages/dependencies YaST2 picked for me, or uncheck those auto-selected options and manually choose nvidia-drivers-G06? (Even though most packages would end up being installed either way.)

Appreciate any insights! Thanks!

The automatically chosen ones are the correct ones. By using the meta package, you would install old drivers (v550).
