phpMyAdmin lost repo

On Suse 11.3 x64 I want to install phpmyadmin but apparently there is no love.

It is supposed to be in this repo

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/php/server_apache_openSUSE_11.3/

Listed on this page Additional package repositories - openSUSE

but it does not exist should I wait for the repo to be reinstated or is there another alternative to install?

Or is anyone willing to package it for 11.3 x64?
