I tried to install phpmyadmin (I’ve installed already apache2, php, and mariadb - i used this page: https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:LAMP_setup), but when I go to http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/, the following error apear::
The mbstring](http://localhost/phpMyAdmin/url.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Fphp.net%2Fmanual%2Fen%2Fbook.mbstring.php) extension is missing. Please check your PHP configuration.
I checked that I’ve installed already php5-mbstring, but somehow phpmyadmin cannot see this. Can you give me any suggestion how to solve this problem? i will be grateful for your help!
