PHP repo updat issue

I refreshed the repo today and got this:

Repository 'devel_languages_php' is invalid.
[devel_languages_php|https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/php/openSUSE_Leap_15.4/] Valid metadata not found at specified URL
History:
 - [devel_languages_php|https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/php/openSUSE_Leap_15.4/] Repository type can't be determined.

Please check if the URIs defined for this repository are pointing to a valid repository.
Skipping repository 'devel_languages_php' because of the above error.

@Mamunson Leap 15.4 is out of support, so has been removed. You indicate Leap 15.5 in your tag, if so you need to update the repository URL to point at openSUSE_Leap_15.5

I first typed sudo zypper removerepo devel_languages_php
and then

sudo zypper addrepo https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/devel:/languages:/php/openSUSE_Leap_15.5/ devel_languages_php
