Phenom II -> Piledriver?

Hi All: I have a Phenom II black box which I have to work hard to get up to 4GHz overclocking on all 6 cores. The new FX 8350 seems like a good price fo 8 cores and it’s also unlocked, and seems to do 4 GHz pretty easily, and uses the same socket. Does anyone have experience with swapping from Phenom II to FX?
