Upon installation pgAdmin4 server refuses to start. It seems that the initial setup is not run.
To solve the problem run the script /usr/bin/python3 /usr/lib/python3.8/site-packages/pgadmin4-web/setup.py in a terminal. It will ask for an email address and a password.
Start the service with yast or systemctl. Then in a browser enter the address http://127.0.0.1:5050 (in my case).
