Permission issue. Can't add printer in KDE.

Did a fresh install of OpenSUSE Tumbleweed with KDE today. Went into KDE’s printer settings to add a printer. It says root is required but I don’t get a prompt to enter the root password. The only way to add a printer is through Yast. When I tell Yast to search for printers it keeps telling me it can’t find any. Why is KDE’s printer setting locked down? This doesn’t happen in Gnome. Also, I should note that Windows 10 can find my printer.

First:
What Printer? Name? Modell? USB-Printer? Network-Printer?

Second:
There is cups to add Printers:
Open it in a Browser by:

localhost:631

PS:
Maybe I get this time an answer as in the 2017 thread?
