Well, just installed Peazip 3.1 from the repositories, and whenever i try to compress any file, i get a “some input files canot be read (locked or corrupted)”

Yes, I did.
Ark is working perfectly, just wanted to give Peazip a try.
I don’t have it installed, sorry. And I just thought you were trying to get extract and compress working. I do all mine from the context menu.
Its quite weird, it may be a version bug.
