After hours of testing I cannot find a way to get Pearl to convert itunes music from m4ps. Does anybody know of a way to accomplish this? so frustrating :mad:

I know nothing about itunes. Are they drm protected?

Yes all music purchased from ITUNES is in M4P format which is DRM protected. After reading some threads I heard mention that Pearl could convert these, however, I kept getting an error saying it could not decode the files.

Pezhead, … I don’t know of any opensource software that will convert DRM protected.

Thanks for the help! Maybe eventually I can work it on opensuse :).
