In KDE 3, I use KPDF to view my document files and KCHMviewer for the chm files. Recently I found that Okular can do both and also be used to view djvu files. However, what I want to know is the comparision on basis of performance.
Okular is based on and replaces KPDF in KDE4. In my opinion oKular performs better than KPDF.

I remember having read that Okular uses popler library. However, I do not
know if KPDF uses it as well. Moreover, Okular seemed well integrated tool
for viewing different types of documents.
I have nothing but good things to say about oKular.
That is actually the basis of the question on the comparative analysis.
