PDF manipulation app ?

Hi,

A long time ago I’ve used pdftk to manipulate PDF files. But then I switched to the *(https://www.ilovepdf.com/), a nifty tool to do some basic - and advanced - manipulation on PDF files.

One of my users wants to know if there’s an application equivalent for this website. A graphical application (preferably with a french translation) that allows to handle PDF files.

Any suggestions?*

Depending upon exactly what you wish to do, this may be suitable:

http://code-industry.net/public/master-pdf-editor-4.3.89_qt5.x86_64.rpm

Note: This is not OSS but proprietary, the free version above has some functions disabled, but for basic PDF manipulation it’s probably OK.

If you only need to merge/split/add-delete pages without editing content then pdfarranger is a nice simple tool. It is still under development but works fine.

Hi
Better to get the later version from the openSUSE Build Service?

zypper in https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Office/openSUSE_Leap_15.2/noarch/pdfarranger-1.6.2-lp152.1.1.noarch.rpm

Sure, that will be fine. I just wanted to give credit to the original developer. The repo I mentioned is maintained by one of the developers of pdfarranger.

Believe it or not, LibreOffice Draw can handle many pdf edit needs.
