In KDE Okular will perform all manner of Annotation to a PDF
Is this possible in Gnome with Evince ?
Actually, something interesting here.
Even though Okular performs these functions. If I upload to my Google account (Drive) for use my Android device. The only PDF reader that works properly with them is Adobe’s.
Any hints or tips on PDF edits and readability is welcomed.
