PC don't turn off

After turning off the OpenSuse closes and goes to a black screen, and there can not type anything.
The same happens when I try to shut down in a console by typing “shutdown now”
Please, what is the solution to this problem.

It might help if you gave us some info about your system - what kind of
hardware is in use, what video card/driver you’re using - if anything is
reported in the logs…

We can’t diagnose an issue without some information about it.

Hi.

I had a similar issue.

But to me, when I turned off the computer, after whole the process I saw in the screen:
**“reboot: [System Halted]”
**
and never turned off completely

It’s than the same for you? If so, check this link (in spanish):

I’ll give up the Leap and return to the OpenSuse 3.1>:)>:)>:)>:)
