Partitioning my Windows 7 drive for Suse

Hello I’m trying to Partition my Drive for Suse, and I get the “Inconsistent fs” error So I Figured the easiest way to go about this is to Partition the C Drive to give me 150gigs for suse. Well I boot up gparted and Shrink the C Partition giving me 150gb of unallocated space…Now I cant do anything with it Gparted complains about only being able to support 4 (extended?) partitions. Now I’m looking at Partition Wizard now and my current setup is the following…

so what would the easiest way to set this up for Suse? Thanks
P.S also for some reason or another gparted only recognizes my D drive as unallocated space.

First make sure you backup important files, then defrag C

Problem is:
You can only have 4 Primary partitions
You need to delete the HP tools with Parted
shrink c drive to free up some space

Create One extended partition in all the free space (an extended partition is a primary but just acts as a container for logical partitions)

Now you can boot the suse install media
follow this
Custom Install.mpeg.rar - Windows Live

Thanks. Now all is going well just one more question…should I enable “Boot from / Partition” or “Boot from the MBR” or should both be Disabled?

Probably boot from MBR - you want Grub there, to dual-boot from.
