Partitioning in Seagate Barracuda 2TB Dual Boot

My plan is to put OSS 11.4 and Windows 7 in dual boot. The Seagate docs say to use the enclosed disk wizard CD so windows can use the full 2TB. Consequently, it will create two partitions. How do I avoid problems for OSS 11.4 if I only want one partition for windows and one for OSS? Can I just install windows w/o that driver and let OSS 11.4 take care of the rest?

Thanks in advance!

You need even more partitions. You need at least two partitions for openSUSE and better use three (Swap, for / and for /home).
One posibility is to create one partition for Windows and leave the rest free. On openSUSE installation you can then let the installer offer you a nice partitioning, which you then can accept or change.

I said it wrong. I was supposed to say: “How do I avoid problems if I only want one partition for windows and the rest of the HDD is for OSS?” which is 5 or 6 partitions.
