The parallel port driver is in the kernel and available with openSUSE-generated
kernels, including the one in 11.4.
You will likely have to manually load the driver with ‘sudo /sbin/modprobe -v
parport’. I have no idea what level of support is provided by YaST, but it is
probably as it was in 11.3.
