PAM-CONFIG and PAM_TALLY2

Does any one know why pam-config does not support pam_tally2? I had to had put pam_tally2 manually in pam.d/common-auth. Now every time I run pam-config I get an error saying pam_tally2 is an unknown module.

/etc/pam.d/common-auth-pc: Unknown module pam_tally2.so, ignored!

I would expect pam-config to be able to control all of the pam modules that come with the OS.

The right way to (try to) add support for it is to open bug on openSUSE bugzilla.

I was looking for an answer here first. If there is a good reason that pam-config does not support all of the modules install then there is no reason to submit a bug.
