I have six pagers on the bottom bar. I have two applications open in one pager, now How do I select one or the other application on the same pager? If I try to select the top application open in the pager, the window doesn’t stay open long enough to select the other application.

i’m not quite sure what you are asking…maybe if you tell us what
version of openSUSE you are using (still in 12.1 as noted in your
forum profile?), and what desktop environment and version…
hmmmm…reading your question again (and again) i assume you are
using KDE and think maybe your problem is that you don’t use two,
six or sistey-six applications all open in one virtual desktop each
(unlike i do, see http://susepaste.org/93533969)…maybe?
that is: a “Pager” is a means to switch from one virtual desktop to
another, and any of those virtual desktops can have more than one
active application…and all are selectable for use…the way to
select each varies by desktop and user settings in “Configure
Desktop”…TRY to hold down the left Alt and press Tab…maybe a
pop-up shows everything open in that virtual desktop and each
subsequent press of Tab moves the highlight to another
application/window…and when you release the Alt key then the window
currently in focus in the pop-up will have focus (and be on top) in
the virtual desktop…
is that your desktop (KDE) and question???
of course, one active application if opened in full screen will cover
up any and all open below it…but if you click one of the two
symbols/icons (whose shape and location is user selectable) which
allow you to have any application either open full screen or not-full
screen…well, i click so all applications are not full screen, and
i can then see lots of stuff

That is the ticket, the alt key + the tab key. This is resolved and Thank You…
