PACMAN repository

While trying to install gparted to my system this morning I received the following message:

bryan@Family_Desktop:~> sudo zypper install GParted
File '/repodata/repomd.xml' not found on medium 'http://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/linux/packman/suse/openSUSE_Leap_42.1/'

Is there another repository that I can use to install gparted? I have all of the standard repositories added to my system. What is my next option?

I have successfully installed gparted from the following software site, but I am still curious why the pacman repository in not accessible. Now this is for my curiosity as I have never had a problem accessing a repository when installing software.

Same thing happening on my openSuse 13.1 install. I checked via a standard ftp address line and the server appears to be wiped clean.:\

Also states a 550 error changing directories.
