and this also Warning: Repository ‘openSUSE-non-oss-current’ appears to outdated. Consider using a different mirror or server.
Your system couldn’t find the server. This could be caused by a problem at your internet provider, some temporary network problem somewhere between you and the server, or maybe some maintenance work on the server (or another of a thousand reasons… ).
I can access that URL just fine at the moment.
So try again, if it keeps not working then you have something to worry about.
and this also Warning: Repository ‘openSUSE-non-oss-current’ appears to outdated. Consider using a different mirror or server.
That message is caused by the fact that the non-oss repo never ever changes, so all the file dates are quite old now.
This could be caused by problems on the mirror/server, that’s why you get this message.
In this case (the non-oss repo) there’s nothing to worry about though, just ignore this.
It will be fixed sooner or later I guess.

You could also try to use a different packman mirror, f.e. “Index of /pub/linux/packman/suse/openSUSE_Tumbleweed/”.
Maybe that works better for you?
Here’s a list of all mirrors: PackMan :: Mirrors
