Keep getting the following on zypper up and in yast:

None of the mirror urls seem to work either: http://packman.links2linux.de/mirrors …or maybe I’m doing it wrong…
Yes, the gwdg.de mirror is down currently.
Use a different one or wait until they fix it.

packman.inode.at works fine (haven’t tried others).
But you cannot just use the mirror name as repo URL, you need to specify the full path to the repo you want to use.
E.g.:
http://packman.inode.at/suse/openSUSE_Leap_42.1/
