and i install a few packages, but can’t run them
i think packages that installed packages depend on are not automatically installed
how to fix this problem? Thanks!
openSUSE 12.3 is out of support, install a supported one such as Leap 42.3 or Leap 15.0.
Or do you mean SUSE Linux Enterprise 12.3?

my pc hardware is old, i prefer old version, which require less memory/disk
problem i raise is basic, if it can’t be solved, i don’t expect new versions are good
What are these assumptions based on? Leap 15 runs fine on older hardware, modern KDE and GNOME versions don’t have a huge footprint. But, if you insist on using 12.3, you won’t find the support you’re looking for, nor the missing deps. Simply because the repos providing these no longer exist. But, it’s up to you.
