Package Overview and Dependencies

Hi,

I am very new to this forum. rotfl!

I am doing some research about packages and dependencies between them in general. Does anybody know where I can find an overview over the (not all) different packages of OpenSuse and the corresponding dependencies?

Thank you very much. That seems to be exactly what I need.

Thats a pretty neat tool. I found it accessable via:
YaST > Software > Software Management > filters - search ; … select one’s package to examine, right click an select “show solver information”. However I could only get it to show the first tier of dependencies and not the second.

Am I doing something silly ? Do others have the 2nd and 3rd tier of dependencies also showing up ?
