When the package download URL is accessed as an iframe, for example https://software.opensuse.org/download/package.iframe?project=home%3Ap_conrad%3Acoins&package=namecoin , the page is only available via https but it includes a JavaScript file from a http URL:

The browser refuses to load this script, and in consequence the buttons for the different distributions have no effect.
