I was trying to upgrade today. It showed this:

Solution 1: deinstallation of busybox-patch-1.36.1-30.2.noarch
Solution 2: deinstallation of opi-3.6.0-1.1.noarch
Solution 3: keep obsolete opi-3.6.0-1.1.noarch
Solution 4: break rpm-build-4.18.0-6.2.x86_64 by ignoring some of its dependencies

busybox-patch and patch can not be installed side by side. So you need to decide what you need…
