Why don’t you compare the directory and files structure of your mirror
against the opensuse one?
Compare against:
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/12.3/repo/
For example, if you compare the file listing of
http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/12.3/repo/oss/
http://mirror.carsons.net.au/distribution/12.3/repo/oss/
you can see instantly that the files are missing in yours, so it can not
be recognized.
Then if you compare the update repo, at:
http://download.opensuse.org/update/12.3/
http://mirror.carsons.net.au/update/12.3/
There is only one file missing, “openSUSE:12.3:Update.repo”. Maybe that
one is not necessary.
I notice that you do not have the 64 bit update arch :-?
But it is present on the installation repo.

Well, you are listing it now, and it appears in internet - you’d better
have the bandwidth, or remove it from internet.
