The problem is that putting in the BIOS to a maximum frequency of 3.9 GHz (3.5 GHz full-time) in Windows 7, all chasing normal, at full load all 4 cores running at maximum frequency of 3.9 in OpenSuSe 12.3 frequency of more than 3.5 GHz is not rising, I look the System monitor, and the temperature shows a maximum of 63 degrees at full load (in Windows 78 or 88, according to different applications).
How to force Linux to read the maximum frequency of the BIOS?
Hi
I packaged up i7z to check this as well as other parameters in my Misc repo;
software.opensuse.org:
Index of /repositories/home:/malcolmlewis:/Miscellanous/openSUSE_12.3
Thank you. It worked.
