This may be a very old problem returning. It happened a short time ago, today, when receiving the editing out-of-time message. IIRC, at the bottom of the small message window two words appeared each beginning with a letter “v” or “V”. Didn’t recognize the language but possibly east european, sorry.
The foreign text appeared on the button at the end of the small message panel.
It still happens as of a few mins ago, and here is the button text:

I also have some English text in the Hungarian interface, so there’s nothing to complain about. This is the fair way
