OS11.1 - YaST cannot cofigure keyboard layout

When I try to configure keyboard layout with YaST (YaST/Hardware/Keyboard Layout), I’ve got a small sax2 window with progress bar for approx. 1 sec, that’s all. Nothing else happens, there is no configuration dialog window.

YaST behaves the same way when I try to cofigure mouse and graphic card. Other devices can be configured as expected.

How can I fix YaST?

try running sax2 from the console.
Logout, Alt+Ctrl+F1, login as root and run “sax2”
