I have replaced my motherboard by an ASUS Z97-A and replace OS 13.1 by 13.2.
After a fresh install and update, I get permanent error (every 30 seconds ):

The concerning device is a NONAME “5-in-1” front panel device. ( 1 usb 2.0, 1 CF/MD card reader, 1 SM/XD card reader, 1 MS/MS-PRO card reader, 1 SD/MMC card reader )
Check whether there are any BIOS settings related to USB.
I seem to recall at least one case where somebody had a USB problem on an ASUS computer, and managed to find a BIOS setting that resolved the problem. I have no idea whether that is relevant to your problem, but it is worth looking through the BIOS settings to see if you can find anything relevant.
The others usb devices don’t report error.
I think it is because of this particular hardware (Bus 003 Device 003: ID 058f:6362 Alcor Micro Corp. Flash Card Reader/Writer ) which was recognized under 13.1.
