Check whether there are any BIOS settings related to USB.

I seem to recall at least one case where somebody had a USB problem on an ASUS computer, and managed to find a BIOS setting that resolved the problem. I have no idea whether that is relevant to your problem, but it is worth looking through the BIOS settings to see if you can find anything relevant.

What order did you do this stuff?? If upgrade before new mother board maybe need to do an mkinitrd to reset the hardware lists.

The others usb devices don’t report error.
I think it is because of this particular hardware (Bus 003 Device 003: ID 058f:6362 Alcor Micro Corp. Flash Card Reader/Writer ) which was recognized under 13.1.

On the site http://www.pcidatabase.com/vendor_details.php?id=1672
Concerning “0x058f” “0x6362” “Alcor Micro Corp.” “4-in-1 card reader (istar)”, I have found this :

0x6362
Chip Number: UNKNOWN
Chip Description: Unknown 4-in-1 card reader (istar)
Notes: Driver for msi-k9agm3 motherboard

Any help is welcome
