I am running rc1 and tempted to up-grade to 13.1 m0 now but will wait until after 12.3 is released

Converting to that before 13.1 M1 is likely not a good idea. At this stage,
Factory is broken more often than not.
isn’t moving to 13.1 jumping the gun ,as 12.3 itself has not come out ?
